Tom Buschatzke has been bad for the "little people" for a long time. His 40 years of service produced the disaster looming large over Cochise County. A proven track record going in the wrong direction. WHY keep him? Thank you, Sandy Bahr for your courage to speak truth to power.
Hi Branden -- Hobbs just announced the nominee of Real Estate. "Susan Nicolson - Director of the Department of Real Estate: Susan comes to the Department of Real Estate with more than 25 years of real estate experience ranging from residential and land sales to timeshare administration. She previously owned a brokerage and real estate school and was qualified to teach in all categories of real estate education. She was most recently the President Elect of the West and Southeast REALTORS of the Valley and held Director positions at both Arizona REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS."
ADCRR director nominee Thornell will no doubt be deemed too "woke" to be a prisons chief. I mean whoever heard of a corrections pro w/ a PhD plus ACLUers having good things to say abt him? Sen. Fake Hoffman will be outraged.
Regarding Tim Jeffries, let me tell you in no uncertain terms Mr. Jeffries was the bully and the liar during his tenure at DES. With few if any exceptions, the people he fired, including myself, were workers who had the nerve to question any Jeffries' policy or practice no matter how inconsequential. He was the personification of despotism and did tremendous harm to scores of people who suddenly lost their jobs for no rational reason. State employees still have no means to appeal such callous treatment. That's a crime Governor Hobbs should do something about.

It's an honor to be one of your go-to policy wonks - thank you!
Arizona Agenda made a very good choice in policy wonks!
Looks like a lot of experience to me. Time will tell if they have what it takes to deal with the Republican legislature.🤞🏻
Have you heard anything about the Dept of Real Estate?
Sorry for the delay — haven’t heard anything on that department

Yes! I just heard. I know Susan personally and I couldn’t be more happy with this announcement.
