I haven’t head much about disqualification under the second phrase of the 14th Amendment...about giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Remember Trump’s Jan 6 White House lawn video speech: “we love you”--and many of those folks are now convicted criminals. What does Adrian Fontes think about this? (I’ve emailed him, no response yet). Can Arizona lead on this issue?

Fontes was making a lot of noise about it early on but then said after a review, he doesn't think he can personally keep Trump from the ballot and it would be up to the courts, if I remember correctly. I think the whole thing will amount to nothing, but good idea -- at least i should check in on this.
