Just listened to the KJZZ segment (interesting interpretation of hot yoga, Hank). It reminded me of my own experience in growing up around Buffalo, which has some of the worst winter weather in the country. Growing up there, I thought it was just fine - we all bundled up and were always out in the snow and the cold and it felt just fine. But then as an adult I spent 50 years in a temperate climate (SF Bay Area), so that now Phoenix seems too hot and Buffalo seems too cold. One benefit of being here is that I get to complain about the heat! But basically, we are just fine, and it's the unhoused who are in trouble here.
Yes. Also true for people in places with bad winters. Basically, not having the resources is a problem. Despite being the richest country in the world, we are quite bad at providing basic requirements for the entire population.
Well, let's see . . . there are the real counties & there are the "fake" counties in conspiracy-land. We need to address both sets of counties, don't we???
Kelly is right. The rich think they can't beat Biden head-to-head so they have No Labels in the wings to peel off voters. What I don't get is why they can get on the ballot without disclosing donors.
So let's keep talking stupid about the Valley heat. Manual labor as a living is entirely different than manual labor for some zen experience. I'm just as tired of hearing stories from the privileged as I am of this 'we're not going to do much about this urban heat island toxic landscape'. Am I your only subscriber who for most of their working years, labored out in the Texas and Phoenix heat...amongst other woes of the less and underprivileged?

Except when your AC goes out, which happens for a lot of us and some don't have the resources to escape or ask for help.

The English immersion issue is a reminder that when voters pass something at the ballot box it’s awfully hard to change it.
There are only 15 counties in AZ. Where else do Finchem and Stevens plan to go?
They have proven that they are not very good at counting.
