Want to point that Rep. Pawlik and Sen Marsh HAVE introduced bills to solve the Ed Expenditure issue (SB1221, SCR1022, SCR1023, HB2335, HCR2012) but Speaker Bowers and President Fann haven't first read any of the bills, even though they have first read bills introduced after those.
