Can an attorney experienced in the state Supreme Court weigh in on the odds that the Court knocks Prop 139 off the ballot altogether? Maybe I'm overly pessimistic (because I think the justices are partisan hacks), but I think it might happen.

Prepare for a riot if that happens. There are tens of thousands of volunteers who put our bodies (young and old, female, male, and nonbinary) on the line to make this initiative happen. I’m mad enough about “unborn human” but if you throw out my hundreds of HOURS of work on this issue, I’m prepared to start setting fires.

I support the mission of independent journalism, have been a paying subscriber from the start and will continue - all I ask is that you make your best effort to be even handed and balanced in your coverage (in my mind, we need Information resources, such as the Agenda, which has the potential to be the Arizona version of the excellent national independent publications, such as Tangle and The Free Press, I have come to rely on for long form reporting on key players and political issues).

I filled out your survey, but then thought of another request. Please analyze the propositions on the November ballot: what exactly will happen if they pass, what groups are sponsoring them, how to tell the difference between a "real" proposition and a nearly identical one created to cause confusion, etc.

This actually made me tear up. Journalists should earn more than minimum wage. We rely on you for our very democracy.
