You are clearly one of the guilty people with an agenda trying to discredit her. She did a great job on the Gilbert Board. She was not afraid to stand up to the far right back then who attacked her for voting to send an override to the ballot while the left attacked as well. She is guilty of being willing to look at all sides and in politics that will get you hated by everyone.

There is a big difference between the server being deleted in Gilbert when she was on the board and the false allegations the far right is making about the server being deleted in Maricopa County. When the Gilbert Server was deleted, local reporters such as Emily Gersema had been investigating suspicious activity and the district had been refusing to respond to the press requests for records.

When they looked into it according to the police report and IT Director, they had been instructed by the Superintendent to delete the server and make sure the data was irrecoverable. When interviewed by the Gilbert Police, the IT staff member reported that when he was hired to delete the server said he not only deleted the public records but he wrote over them seven times because he was specifically asked by the cabinet to make the records irrecoverable. There is a big difference between that investigation and what happened in Maricopa County. In Maricopa County, there was no deletion of the election server, they simply archived the data. They were not instructed to make the data irrecoverable.

The information the CyberNinjas claim was deleted was simply archived and can be recovered at any time. In Gilbert, those public records IT was told to make irrecoverable, were completely destroyed and neither the media nor the citizens asking questions about the construction and tech deals, were ever able to get access to those records. In that case the Gilbert PD did recommend charges for records destruction to the County Attorney. Of course those who instructed the server to be deleted and written over seven times to make sure the records were irrecoverable will always say they did nothing wrong. I haven't heard that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors ever told anyone to delete the server and make records irrecoverable.
